DAVID ONG
Chairman, Board of Directors
David Ong co-founded Reapfield Properties in 1984 with his wife Serene, building the company on integrity, strong values, and enduring relationships. With over four decades in real estate, Reapfield today serves the residential, industrial, and commercial sectors through a strategic partnership with Keller Williams established in 2019.
A devoted follower of Christ, David's faith shapes his leadership and purpose. He serves as Chairman of MIM Asia and is actively involved in Christian drug rehabilitation ministry and CSR initiatives — known as a servant leader who leads by example.
David and Serene are blessed with three daughters and four grandchildren, and worship at Damansara Utama Methodist Church, Petaling Jaya.
DATO' TAN CHEE KEONG

Dato' Tan Chee Keong is married to Datin Dr. Ruby Tan, and they have two adult children. The family worships at FGA Kuchai Lama, where Dato' Tan is actively involved in Life Group, Men's Fellowship, and Marketplace Ministry — mentoring men to grow in faith, live with integrity, and integrate Christ-centered values into their professional lives.
Professionally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA, with a career rooted in the automobile industry where he served as CEO and Director. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director of the same company and as Chairman and Director of a pharmaceutical distribution firm.
PHILIP CHAN

Philip Chan graduated with First Class Honours from the United Kingdom and holds Chartered Fellowship with ICAEW, having trained and built his early career as an accountant in London.
He held senior financial leadership roles across London, Hong Kong, and Jakarta, serving multinational corporations across industries including property development, engineering, and food manufacturing. He continues to offer consultancy services to selected clients today.
Actively involved with MIM Asia since 2017, Philip is a strong advocate for men's accountability and integrity. He is passionate about mentoring young professionals, integrating business strategy with biblical principles, and helping men cultivate a balanced life across family, work, ministry, and rest.
Philip and his wife Karen worship at Damansara Utama Methodist Church.
HAROLD LEAN

Harold Lean is a mission-focused strategist known for his objective mindset, thoughtful leadership, and disciplined planning across both business and ministry.
Professionally, Harold spent 15 years as a restaurateur before transitioning to run a translation agency and his own online health product brand — a journey that reflects his adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit.
Actively involved in ministry, Harold seeks to steward his gifts and experience to create meaningful impact. He is married to Nichol Thor, and they are blessed with three children. The family worships at Collective Subang Jaya.
ROBERT LIM
Member, Board of Directors
Robert Lim serves as Asia Director of MIM and Country Director of MIM Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics from the University of Guelph, Canada, and brings 31 years of experience in advertising and marketing before taking early retirement in 2019 to dedicate himself fully to ministry.
For over two decades, Robert has been actively engaged in evangelism and discipleship — counselling men, equipping leaders, and helping churches build men's discipleship pathways. He carries a deep conviction that Christ is calling His Church to intentionally reach men, helping them discover their God-given identity and live transformed lives in Christ.
Robert is married to Sabrina Wong, and they have two adult sons. The family worships at DUMC, Petaling Jaya.
