Men's Discipleship & Mentoring Programme
The Men’s Discipleship & Mentoring programme is a structured, relationship-based approach designed to support men in their spiritual growth through consistent accountability, guided learning, and shared life experience.
At its core, the programme operates through small, closed groups of men who meet regularly over an agreed period of time. These groups provide a safe and intentional environment where participants engage in facilitated discussions, personal reflection, and peer accountability.
How the Programme Works
Participants meet in groups of typically 4 to 7 men, led by a trained facilitator. Each group follows a guided curriculum using biblically grounded materials that address practical life issues, character development, and spiritual disciplines.
Sessions are discussion-based rather than lecture-driven, encouraging honest sharing, listening, and mutual support. Members are expected to commit to regular attendance, confidentiality, and active participation throughout the programme duration.
